Walter Forsyth wrote seven of twelve episodes of Everyone’s Famous Season Two, a web series for CBC. He co-wrote and directed the short film The Luckiest Most Unlucky Man in the World, and wrote and directed Old St. Nick (TIFF Best of Short Films 2004). He has written and directed several documentaries including After Frank, LSD 25, The June Bug Symphony, Takes: Three decades of Independent Filmmaking in Atlantic Canada, and Nova Scotia Folk Art. He won TIFF's 2011 Pitch This! award and received a 2012 Sundance Doc Fund grant. He wrote and directed the Scott Pilgrim music video that spawned the graphic novel series and feature film, Scott Pilgrim Versus the World. Walter has three feature films in development and a feature documentary. Shred, was part of the Los Cabos Film Development Program, the Whistler’s Feature Film Lab and AFF’s Script Development Program. Walter produced the dramatic feature, The Disappeared and the web series/TV comedy hour, Everyone's Famous, both nominated for two Canadian Screen Awards.
