Pulse is a Latina-founded film showcase highlighting personal stories. The name Pulse represents something deeply human that connects us, yet shaped by our unique experiences and identities. This first-year program invites filmmakers to submit short films that reflect authentic perspectives and memories of culture, nostalgia, and self.

Rules & Terms

Film Must be under 5 minutes.

Submission does not guarantee screening. Only selected films will be featured in the showcase.

There is a flat submission fee (non-refundable).

If selected, filmmakers will be required to provide a DCP file of their film for theatrical exhibition.

By submitting, you confirm that you hold all necessary rights to your film, including music and third-party materials.

Filmmakers retain all rights to their work.
