Virginia Shine has tackled 48 hour film challenges and written shorts and features that have played and won awards at film festivals. Starting the group Glass City Screenwriters in 2016, Virginia has helped her local film community to learn and connect through meetups. She has a passion for writing Sci/Fi and Horror. If it is weird or mysterious, she follows that lead! In 2025 she graduated from the Writers Guild Foundation Veterans Writing Project.
Ohio native, local writer/producer. Previously a Medic/ambulance driver in the Army National Guard, commercial cleaning company owner, and mental health tech among many other life adventures. She stuck with some form of writing throughout. So now after spending a year in the Writers Guild Foundation Veterans Writing Project, she is seeking representation and on to bigger and broader things on the screenwriting front.
