VIDEOtemple Film Festival – Rules & Terms
Eligibility – Submissions must be original works. Entrants must hold all rights or secure permission for any third-party content (music, footage, etc.).
Length & Format – Films of any genre and up to 40 minutes (shorts) or 60 minutes (features) are accepted. Must be submitted as a digital screener link (Vimeo/YouTube/private link).
Language – Non-English films must include English subtitles.
Selection – Official selections are chosen at the discretion of the festival jury/programming team. Decisions are final.
Screenings – Selected films may be shown in full during the festival. Filmmakers grant permission for clips and stills to be used in promotional materials.
Liability – The festival is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged materials. Submission does not guarantee selection.
Attendance – Filmmaker attendance is encouraged but not required.
Awards – If awards are offered, categories and winners are determined solely by the festival jury.
Agreement – By submitting, filmmakers agree to abide by these terms.
