Tbilisi International Student Film Festival is the only student festival in the region, running it's 14th years, screening student films from the world, organising events and estabishing network for film professionals.

The festival is focused on students, to give them opportunities in filmmaking, to help them develope and establishe in the art and in the industry.

Awards will be awarded in following categories:

The Grand Prix for the best film

The Best Short Fiction Film award

The Best Documentary award

The Best Animation Award

The Best Director Award

Rules and terms:

By submitting your film, you agree that Tbilisi International Student Film Festival can use parts of your film (including trailer/teaser/film poster) for promotional purpose.

To submit a film, you must have created the project yourself, own the rights or have permission from the owner of the content to submit the film to us.

PLEASE READ THE RULES BELOW THOROUGHLY BEFORE SUBMITTING:

You must fully comply with these Entry Rules & Regulations, including all deadlines, film length, entry material and other requirements

1. Call is open for Short FICTION, DOCUMENTARY and ANIMATION films of any genre, made by a STUDENT

2. All entries must come with English subtitles.

3. All entries must have been made after 1 Janurary, 2021

4. No entry fees.

5. You must own or be given all of the rights to anything you submit to the festival.

6. Submitting materials length is under 30 minute.

7. Selected films will be announced in 10 may and submitters will be notified.
Tbilisi International Student Film Festival AWARDS will review films in their entirety. Films will be watched and reviewed by members of the Selection Committee; a professional group of filmmakers, film enthusiasts and critics. Films are scored accordingly.

Please also note that the fee paid for submitting the film to the Festival does not guarantee its selection.
