作品規格
影片種類：必須為劇情片
片長：中學組5-8分鐘(包括片頭及片尾名單)
大專組7-10分鐘(包括片頭及片尾名單)
解析度：必須為1080p以上
影片檔案類型：MP4/MOV
語言：廣東話普通話英語皆可，影片必須附有中文或英語字幕。
*影片中所有素材(音樂、文字及肖像)須由作者自行取得合法使用權利，並註明出處。
*所有參賽隊伍必須自行下載片頭並加至參賽影片前，請於以下網址下載

參賽資格
每組參賽⼈數上限10 ⼈。參賽者不可重複參賽，每間參賽學校可提交多於⼀份參賽作品。
各參賽團隊中所有參賽者必須來自同一院校。
中學組參賽者須持有有效本港中學學⽣證
大專組參賽者須持有有效本港大專院校學⽣證
日期
初步短片審查提交日期：7月23日-8月7日
參賽團隊如有需要，可有一次機會於上述期間把短片交付主辦單位審查或向主辦單位查詢有關中醫藥的問題以確保參賽短片的中醫藥內容正確，若提交超過一次，則以限期內最後一次提交作準。主辦單位在審查短片後將儘快聯絡參賽團隊給予建議，讓參賽團隊在正式提交短片前作出修正。主辦單位不會在初步短片審查期間計算短片任何分數。各有意參賽團隊必須留意，任何參賽作品在正式提交主辦單位評審後如在中醫藥內容準確性分數低於7分，該作品將無法入圍比賽及張貼於主辦單位Facebook專頁。主辦單位將於7月23日前張貼短片初審提交方法於Facebook專頁。
最終短片提交日期：9月12日
參賽團隊需透過FilmFreeway填妥報名資料並向大會提交一條包含完整參賽影片、3張劇照及參賽代表學生證副本的Google Drive文件夾超連結。各參賽團隊請於提交參賽申請前確保所提交的超連結有效。主辦單位會從參賽團隊提供的超連結下載有關資料作評分用途。主辦單位只接受透過FilmFreeway作出的報名申請。

比賽細則
1. 主辦單位保留一切最終決定權。
2. 所有作品必須為參賽者的原創作品，而且從未公開播放及用於參加其他比賽。
3. 所有作品不能包含淫褻及不雅的內容。
4. 所有作品不能包含廣告及任何商業推銷成分。
5. 參賽者不得在作品上載任何違反香港特別行政區法律的資料及內容。
6. 主辦單位有權將參賽者提交的作品用作非牟利之用途，並有權修改、翻譯、改編、使用、複製及派發作品全部或部分內容而毋須事前取得參賽者的同意。
7. 參賽者須同意將為其參加本比賽而產生的作品的一切知識產權，無條件地轉讓給主辦單位。
8. 比賽結果由評審委員會作最終決定，參賽者對比賽結果和獎項不能異議。
9. 入圍及得獎結果均將於頒獎禮或主辦單位Facebook專頁上公布。
10. 所有參加者必須確保其參賽作品不會侵犯其他人的任何知識產權權利。主辦單位不會為任何參賽影片中的侵權及違法行為負任何法律責任。
11. 如參賽者違反任何比賽規則，主辦單位有權取消其參賽資格。
12. 主辦單位有權不接受任何不符合比賽主題和規格的作品。
13. 主辦單位保留更改規則及其他安排的權利而毋須事先通知參賽者。

Format
Genre: Narrative
Film Length (Including opening and credits):
Secondary School Group: 5-8 minutes
Tertiary College Group: 7-10 minutes

Subtitle: Chinese or English subtitle is necessary
Contestants must make sure they obtain the legal right of all materials used in their microfilm.

Eligibility
Secondary School Group: Contestants must be local secondary school students
Tertiary College Group: Contestants must be local university or college school students
Maximum 10 participants for each team, all participants within a team must be from the same school.
Each participant can only take part in one team for the contest.
No limitation on the number of teams representing each secondary school or tertiary institution.
Submission Deadlines
Preliminary submission period: 23/7/2022 - 7/8/2022
All teams, if necessary, can submit their microfilm within the preliminary submission period to make sure the Chinese Medicine knowledge in the film is accurate. Only one submission from each team will be accepted. If more than one submission is submitted for a team, only the latest submission will be accepted. The organiser will check all submitted films and contact each team as soon as possible to give opinions for revision. The organiser will not mark any score during the period. Any microfilm submitted after the standard deadline with Chinese Medicine knowledge accuracy under 7% will not be nominated and posted on the Facebook page of the microfilm contest. Submission method would be posted on the Facebook page before 23/7/2022.

All teams should submit their work through FilmFreeway. A Google drive link which includes the full film, 3 stills from the film and the student id card softcopy of the team leader should be provided through FilmFreeway as well. The organiser will download materials from the link for judging purposes. Only on-line submission through FilmFreeway will be accepted

Contest Rules
1.The organiser reserves the right of final decision in the event of any disputes.
2. All entries must be the original works of the contestants and have never been published before or submitted to other contests.
3.Obscene and indecent content is prohibited in the works.
4. Commodity advertising and promotion is prohibited in the works.
5. The organiser has the right to use any video entries submitted by the contestants for non-profitmaking uses. Also, the organiser has the authority to revise, translate, edit, use, duplicate or distribute wholly or partly the content of the video entries submitted by the contestants without obtaining their prior consent.
6.All contestants must agree to transfer absolutely to the organiser all the intellectual property rights subsisting in the videos created for the purpose of joining the contest at no cost.
7.The results of the contest will be decided by an adjudication panel, whose decision shall be final.
8.Results will be announced at the Prize Presentation Ceremony or on the organiser's Facebook page.
9.Contestants are not allowed to upload any content which violates the law of HKSAR in the submitted entries.
10.All contestants are required to ensure that their works would not infringe any rights of intellectual property of any other persons. The organiser will not be held responsible for any legal issues that might arise from the inclusion of uncleared materials in the film.
11.The organiser reserves the right to disqualify any contestant who have violated the rules of the contest.
