Tamino Parren (1988) was born in Zaandam, The Netherlands. He graduated as a documentary filmmaker at the Academy of Fine Art & Design St Joost in Breda. Since then he has been working as a freelance director and cinematographer on various documentary films.
Along with documentary filmmaker Loes Janssen, he works under the name Vis Film Productions. Vis Film creates documentaries with strong visual storytelling and a social angle. With a fascination for people, their desires, and their struggles, they make intimate films that give substance to the world around us. Real people, real emotions, and real stories that matter.
