The Svitlo Film Festival, launched in 2013 in Kyiv, Ukraine, is a platform for uniting and supporting filmmakers, who create bright, inspiring audiovisual products and content on socially important topics.
The goal of the festival is to draw attention to the most important social problems and inspire artists to create deep and meaningful art products, that will encourage the viewers to change themselves and their country for the better.

Awards & Prizes

Author's reward in the form of a flame, diploma, special gifts from the sponsors.

Rules & Terms

- The film you submit must be shot within the last 5 years.

- The participant can send no more than 3 of his/her works.

- Films that have a clearly expressed propaganda character, lobby political or commercial interests, violate the ukrainian law, incite national, racial or religious hatred, infringe copyrights are not allowed to participate in the competition.
