Swami Vivekananda International Film Festival 2026
The Swami Vivekananda International Film Festival & Awards (SVIFF) is India’s pioneering global film platform that blends cinema with vision, values, and social change. After a highly successful first edition in 2025 – screening over 50 films across 8 venues in West Bengal, with 38 awards presented – SVIFF returns in 2026 with an expanded vision. This year, apart from the main festival, 3 Post-Festival Venues will also host selected screenings, ensuring that the best films reach even wider audiences.
SVIFF is not just a festival, but a movement. Rooted in the spirit of Swami Vivekananda, it celebrates cinema as a force for empathy, awareness, and transformation. From schools and colleges to international filmmakers, the festival brings together students, professionals, educators, and dreamers in meaningful dialogue through film.
