SmaphoFilm - International Smartphone Film Festival in Japan

+ Shooting by smartphone only. Not Digital Camera, Not Video Camera, Not Drone
+ Stories Movie Must not exceed 1 Minutes
+ Short Movie Must not exceed 1~10 Minutes
+ Movie Must not exceed 10~20 Minutes
+ Until 2 Movies per category(Movie, Short Movie, Stories Movie) per director. You can submit Total 6 movies.
+ Movies must have been completed after the 1st of January 2022.
+ All Movies should be submitted with English or Japanese subtitles
+ Formats eligible for screening are the following: Quick Time: 1080p / H264, MPEG - 4: 1080p
+ The deadline for submissions via filmfreeway.com is the 22nd of January 2025.
+ Movie excerpts of no more than 10% of the total duration shall be used for advertising and publicity purposes (online, TV etc.).
+ Festival have rights to change the Date.
+ Movies that have not been released publicly or streamed online in Japan prior to their showing at the Festival.
+ Movie that all rights and clearances for the music or other copyrighted material have been obtained or will be obtained prior to their showing at the Festival.
+ Jury: An International Jury will select the winning movies and distribute the prizes. The Jury will consist of several individuals selected by the Festival.
+ The awarded movies will be preserved in SmaphoFilm Archive for further free screenings within SmaphoFilm programs.
+ You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the SmaphoFilm, from and against any and all claims, liabilities, losses, damages, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees, and costs of the court) which may be incurred by reason of any claim involving copyright, trademark, credits and publicity.
+ If you are a student, please upload a photo of your certificate of student ID. Without it the submission is invalid.

+ スマートフォンのみで撮影してください。デジタルカメラ、ビデオカメラ、ドローンは使用しないでください。
+ ストーリー映画は1分以内に収めてください。
+ ショートムービーは1〜10分以内に収めてください。
+ ムービーは10〜20分以内に収めてください。
+ 1人の監督につき、各カテゴリー（ムービー、ショートムービー、ストーリー映画）に最大2本の映画を提出できます。合計6本の映画を提出することができます。
+ 映画は2022年1月1日以降に完成している必要があります。
+ 全ての映画は英語または日本語の字幕付きで提出してください。
+ スクリーニングに適格な形式は以下の通りです: Quick Time: 1080p / H264、MPEG-4: 1080p
+ filmfreeway.comを通じての応募締切は2025年1月22日です。
+ 広告や宣伝目的（オンライン、テレビなど）には、総尺の10%を超える映画の抜粋のみ使用されます。
+ フェスティバルは日程を変更する権利を有します。
+ フェスティバルでの上映前に、日本国内で公開されたりオンラインで配信されたりしていない映画のみが対象です。
+ 映画に使用される音楽や他の著作権物に関するすべての権利と許可が、フェスティバルでの上映前に取得されるか、取得されている必要があります。
+ 審査員：審査員が優秀な映画を選び、賞を授与します。審査員はフェスティバルによって選ばれた複数の個人で構成されます。
+ 受賞映画は、SmaphoFilm Archiveで保存され、またSmaphoFilmプログラム内で無料でアップロード公開が行われます。
+ 著作権、商標、クレジット、広告に関連するいかなるクレームに関しても、SmaphoFilmを補償し、免責していただくことに同意していただきます。これには弁護士費用や裁判費用などの一切の請求、債務、損失、その他を受けないものとします。
+ もしあなたが学生の場合、学生証をの写真をアップロードして下さい。提出できない場合、エントリーは無効となります。
