Smallmovie Festival

LIABILITY
By entering the competition each author is responsible for the content of his works. The author also declares and guarantees that the rights of the work, in its entirety, they are his property and does not infringe the rights of third parties, such as other authors, subjects portrayed, transferees of rights, music rights, etc.. If the work presented content is not owned by the person participating in the festival he agrees to take all releases and permissions necessary for participation in the festival itself.
In any case, the partecipants and / or authors of the works, undertake to indemnify the cultural association Metrovideo from any claim, loss, request for damages and / or expenses advanced by anyone.

SCREENINGS
In its final judgment, the Festival Management will select the works listed and determine which works admit the competition. The works accepted and any changes to the program will be communicated to interested parties via e-mail and posting on the website www.smallmoviefestival.it means (in the case of any discrepancy shall prevail as published on the above website). The dates and times of the screenings are the responsibility of the Festival Management.

DELIVERY OF PRIZES
The prizes must be collected only by the winner or his or her delegate.

GENERAL RULES
a) The application for admission to the Festival implies the unconditional acceptance of this Regulation.
b) The direction of the Festival can take decisions on matters not covered by this Regulation.
c) The agreement to participate in the Festival by those who have entered the work involves a commitment to make available, the short film for at least four public screenings of the film and not to withdraw once entered the competition.
d) The regulation of the Festival is available on the official website www.smallmoviefestival.it, is also available Facebook page to stay updated on the Festival (www.facebook.com/smallmoviefestival).

f) All disputes shall be submitted to the Court of Pisa.
g) The undersigned declares to accept the rules in all its parts, have full legal and physical availability of the film and to allow the public projection without compensation, freeing the organization of the Festival Smallmovie and cinemas in charge of the projections from any present and future responsibility. Authorize the processing of personal data pursuant to EU Regulation 679/2016.

RESPONSABILITÀ
Con l’iscrizione al concorso ogni singolo autore risponde del contenuto delle sue opere. L’autore, inoltre, dichiara e garantisce che i diritti dell’opera, nella sua interezza, sono di sua proprietà e che non ledono diritti di terzi, quali altri autori, soggetti ritratti, cessionari di diritti, diritti musicali, ecc.
Qualora l’opera presentasse contenuti non di proprietà del soggetto partecipante al festival questi si impegna ad assumere tutte le liberatorie e autorizzazioni necessarie per la partecipazione al festival medesimo.
In ogni caso il partecipante al festival e/o l’autore dell’opera, si impegnano a manlevare l’associazione culturale Metrovideo da ogni pretesa, richiesta di danno e/o di spesa da chiunque avanzata.

PROIEZIONI
La Direzione del Festival seleziona le opere iscritte e stabilisce, a proprio inappellabile giudizio, quali opere ammettere in concorso. Le opere ammesse ed eventuali variazioni di programma saranno comunicate agli interessati via e-mail e a mezzo pubblicazione sul sito web www.smallmoviefestival.it (in caso di difformità farà fede quanto pubblicato sul suddetto sito web). Il calendario e gli orari delle proiezioni sono di competenza della direzione del Festival.
Qualora, al momento dell’iscrizione, l’autore abbia indicato un link per la visualizzazione (youtube/vimeo), con la comunicazione di avvenuta selezione l’autore si impegna a trasmettere il cortometraggio tramite wetransfer (www.wetransfer.com) all’indirizzo di posta elettronica smallmoviefest@gmail.com (risoluzione 1920*1080 o 1280*720 in formato MP4 o mov).

CONSEGNA DEI PREMI
I premi dovranno essere ritirati esclusivamente dal vincitore/vincitrice o da un suo delegato.

NORME GENERALI
a) La richiesta di ammissione al Festival implica l’accettazione incondizionata del presente Regolamento
b) La Direzione del Festival può prendere decisioni riguardanti questioni non previste dal presente regolamento.
c) L’accettazione di partecipare al Concorso da parte di chi ha iscritto l’opera comporta l’impegno a mettere a disposizione gratuitamente il cortometraggio per almeno quattro proiezioni pubbliche e a non ritirare il film una volta iscritto al concorso.
d) Il regolamento del concorso è disponibile sul sito ufficiale www.smallmoviefestival.it, è inoltre disponibile a questo indirizzo (www.facebook.com/smallmoviefestival) la pagina Facebook per rimanere aggiornati sul Festival.
e) Per qualsiasi domanda o chiarimento si prega di inviare una e-mail a smallmoviefest@gmail.com
f) Per ogni eventuale controversia è competente il foro di Pisa.

Il sottoscritto dichiara di accettare il regolamento in tutte le sue parti, di avere la piena disponibilità legale e materiale del film e di autorizzarne la pubblica proiezione senza pretendere alcun compenso, liberando l'organizzazione del Smallmovie Festival e le sale cinematografiche incaricate delle proiezioni da qualsiasi responsabilità presente e futura. Autorizza il trattamento dei dati personali ai sensi del Regolamento UE 679/2016.
