The mission of the Robert Craig Films Foundation Screenwriting Competition is to grow our community of inspiring screenwriters, create a platform for screenplays, and encourage writers to share their stories of compassion, hope, faith, and education so that together we can transform our communities. Since submission of a screenplay constitutes acceptance of these Entry Rules & Terms (by screenwriters and their agents), please review this document / the following terms carefully. (Note that the word “screenplay” in the following Entry Rules & Terms applies to any submission type, including teleplays, webisodes, and shorts.)
1. Submission:
On our foundation’s website, we provide a guided application process with document upload links. A detailed document on our grant program eligibility, rules, and terms is available on our website. A link to that website has been made available on this FilmFreeway site. Those who choose to submit through FilmFreeway instead do so by their choice and acknowledge they had access to the tools and knowledge of eligibility, rules, and terms available on the Robert Craig Films Foundation website. If you have questions about eligibility, rules, and terms, please contact us prior to submission through the information listed.
• Submissions are accepted through FilmFreeway or through our website at
www.RobertCraigFilmsFoundation.org/Film-Grant-Program
• Hard copy submissions will not be accepted.
• Through FilmFreeway you will need to create a PDF document packet. Any
documents missing may delay or even eventually disqualify your application if you
do not respond to contact attempts.
•Please review carefully. No refunds of application fees will be made for any reason,
including disqualified or ineligible applications.
2. Documents Required (Packet)

The Following Documents are Required for Later Round Reviews. You will not be disqualified for not submitting initially. If Not Included in Your Initial Packet, it May Delay Your Application and Eventually Lead to Disqualification. If you are contacted to provide missing information and you do not submit any missing documents/information during the window of time allotted, you will be disqualified. We will make at minimum two contact attempts for missing documents before disqualifying any submissions. Please Ensure Your Contact Information Is Accurate in FilmFreeway.
