Serhan Yorganci is a Turkish animation film director, screenwriter and founder of Digitoons Animation. He specializes in original animated feature films that combine absurd comedy with emotional storytelling. A graduate of Istanbul Bilgi University’s Media and Communication Systems program, Yorganci began his career in animation driven by a strong passion for visual narrative.

His debut feature, Square Heads (Kare Kafalar) introduced audiences to his signature style with minimalistic yet expressive visual design, eccentric character behavior and a tonal balance of humor with sincere thematic depth. The film resonated with both children and adults and defined Yorgancı’s emerging voice in contemporary independent animation.

His work often explores identity, social norms and human connection, creating surreal but emotionally grounded animated worlds inspired by everyday life. While his films maintain a playful comedic surface, they frequently invite deeper reflection.

Yorganci continues developing new feature and series projects, aiming to elevate independent Turkish animated cinema globally through original storytelling and artistic vision.
