Born in Bulgaria, Rumen Russev studied Film and Television at University of California, Los Angeles, for a year and will soon graduate with a bachelor's degree in Film at University of Kent. His previous short fantasy film, “Jump Cut”, was screened at 20 film festivals around the world.
