Rukiyye Bayram was born in Bursa in 2002. She graduated from Sakarya University, Faculty of Art, Design and Architecture, Department of Visual Communication Design. In 2024, she made her directorial debut with her first documentary film, Fading Away, which was selected for the official programs of several national and international festivals. She continues to produce individual film and video projects.
