I was the founder of the NOSS (National Occupational Skills Standard) development project for Film Directing and Film Directing Coordination within the creative industry sector. This journey started back in 2011, and the NOSS was officially approved by JPK in 2015. It’s rewarding to see it now becoming the go-to choice for industry players to gain accreditation through the Recognition of Prior Achievement (PPT) program.
