AMERICA & CHINA BEST FIT FOR DEVELOPMENT IN AFRICA

This article first looks at the relationship between international terrorism and terrorism in Africa. Since sub-state terrorism is already endemic to Africa, the future threat potential in the continent lies in a complex mixture of sub-national and international terrorism. Africa may come to play a central role in international terrorism. The motivation, means and targets all exist and these opportunities will not go unheeded for much longer. Africa presents both a facilitating environment and a target-rich environment for terrorists that seek to attack the United States, and indeed the global system. The article concludes with some remarks on counter-strategies.

After her presentation i promised her to write her my solution or the 2 Steps which should be taken to enetring for example in Global Free Exange Zones Or to avoid crisis or else to forecast any new crisis scenario for the betterment of some improvement of Ecomic Theories . How ? .
First , any Goverment having its own legeslation & its Policy Monetary .
What are the 2 steps Which should be tackled ?
1- Powerful contries in world should encouragie the rest of the world to make Normalization in its Accountancy Systems for example conformaly with international ones .
Take for example Tunisia Adopted New Accountancy System Since 1997 Called Financial Statement instead of General Accounting . Before they entred in Partenariat with Europe Since 1995 , and waiting to contunue some great projects like Sport City ,Tabaroura and others like new Mashall Plan but the revolution parralized all things even in other Regions in the World or in Africa such as the appearing of terrorism as a challenge of Safety against development and Global trade in general .

2- Second Step is to waiting for U.N. Reforms and forecast New Theories in Economy depending in Global Social Movements .

As for the question of European Market and U.S. Department of Commerce the issue of regulations and certification process couldn't totally solved only if some markets avoid technological mistakes such as what happening in some European car industries . or else accepting pure and fair concurrence for Peace or else tackling well the climate change issue promulgated in Paris Cop 21 Of Climate Change in December 2015 . For example to making equity between ancient Energy & Clean ones .
