I am an Indian filmmaker and writer. In 2017, I made my directorial debut with Captain (2018) starring Jayasurya and Anu Sithara. The movie Captain was based on the tragic life story of former India national football team captain, VP Sathyan. It is the first ever sports biopic made in Malayalam. This movie was widely accepted and critically acclaimed. Actor Jayasurya bagged Kerala State Film Awards for best actor for his role as VP Sathyan.

I am a writer and a journalist even before entered the world of cinemas. The biopic "Oramakalude Bhramanapatham" that I wrote based on the life of former Indian Space Research Organisation scientist Nambi Narayanan was the best seller in its year of release. I has written this book in strong but simple words that it helped erase the distance between the world of science and that of an ordinary person. i received almost 13 awards for journalism including Ramnath Goenka Excellence in Journalism Awards, Theruvath Raman Award (for Investigative journalism) and SBT Journalism awards. I unexpectedly and very dramatically returned to life from a deadly road accident had conducted a popular Photo Exhibition across Kerala called "Dead Slow" to create awareness on road accidents.

Currently working as a Co. Director in R. Madhavan's movie Rocketry: The Nambi Effect which is based on the prominent scientist Nambi Narayanan’s life, in which R. Madhavan himself plays the title role. I just announced my next Malayalam movie "Vellam – The essential drink" with Jayasurya in the lead role.
