【Biography】
Japan-based poet and filmmaker. Studied under the late Hiroshi Kawasaki, a renowned modernist poet. Active in performance poetry since 2001. Began producing poetry-based lyric videos in 2019 through the YouTube channel “Poetry Reading by POETAQ,” combining spoken word, written text, and visual rhythm. Works engage with historical, philosophical, and spiritual themes. Participating since 2020 in Nuyorican Poets Cafe Online Open Mic. Official selection at the 2021 ZEBRA Poetry Film Festival for the video poem “The 3 Crises,” ; later works screened worldwide.
