The Producers Guild of Europe (PGE) is a non-profit organisation, founded with the intent of establishing a recognised standard of professionalism in the producing field and providing its members with a much needed support organisation to further their goals and protect their common interests. We work closely with production companies, studios and other organisations to help our members create the best possible content and deliver it to a diverse audience.

The Producer Guild of Europe Award was established in 2019 to recognise producers based in Europe and projects which have a focus on Europe. Previous award recipients and their outstanding achievements are listed on our website, showcasing the calibre of talent recognized by the Producers Guild of Europe. Rules & Terms

All award categories submissions (with the exception of the President's Awards and Best International Short) must have at least one producer who is a European resident OR the project must have a focus in Europe.

The President's Award covers exceptional projects that are not eligible in the other categories. Features, Series and Short form content will be judged together.

Best International Short covers short films with a runtime of under 40 minutes, that might fall outside the other categories. If your short does meet the requirements for the other categories, you can still submit it under this category if you wish.

Projects must have had a release date between January 1st 2023 and 31st December 2023.

Submissions must be in English or include English subtitles.
