Neuro Masters is the first international AI film festival in Russia (Moscow) showcasing films created using artificial intelligence technologies. It will take place in 2025 in an online/offline format.

The goal of the festival is to demonstrate an innovative approach to the use of AI in art and to support creative creators who apply modern technologies.

The Award Ceremony Program, which will take place on June 6 at the Karo 11 October cinema (Russia, Moscow, 24 Novy Arbat Street), includes a rich agenda:
1. Screening of Finalist and Winning Films of the Festival
2. Masterclasses by Jury Members
3. AI Achievements Exhibition
4. Prize Awarding Ceremony
5. Entertainment Program
6. Buffet Reception

Three prizes will be awarded in each category:
- Gold
- Silver
- Bronze

The Grand Prix will be awarded to the best work across all categories.

1) Videos created using AI technologies, including video generation, music, scriptwriting, animation, and speech synthesis, are eligible for submission.

2) Each participant may submit an unlimited number of entries.

3) The same work can be submitted to multiple categories.

4) Applications must be submitted via the official festival website

(!) Videos containing excessive violence, pornography, hate speech, or political propaganda will not be accepted.

5) Videos must be in Full HD format or higher and have a duration of 30 seconds to 15 minutes.

6) Non-English videos with voice-over or dialogues must include English subtitles.

7) All images, characters, and story elements in the film must have the necessary copyright permissions.

8) The festival organizing committee reserves the right to reject any submission without explanation.

Jury and Evaluation Criteria:
The jury will include leading international experts in artificial intelligence and video production.

Evaluation criteria:
- Quality of execution
- Originality of the idea
- Innovative use of AI technologies
- Transparency and Fairness of the Competition

Participants with clear ties to jury members (family, friendly, or romantic relationships) are not eligible for awards.
All jury decisions are final and cannot be appealed.

Principles of the Festival:
1. The festival adheres to a principle of neutrality, excluding discussions of political topics and conflicts.
2. The primary focus is on art and innovation.

4. Participation in the festival implies acceptance of these regulations.
5. Neuro Masters Festival may use submitted works, as well as the author’s name and contact information, at its discretion.
