Mariana holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Filmmaking from the School of Visual Arts in NYC, and a M.A. in Screenwriting from The London Film School. In 2017 she was invited to participate as a screenwriter talent at The Guadalajara Film Festival. In 2018 she launched FLAT D, a production company based in Mexico, which produced her first feature-length film: FRACTAL. She is currently raising funds for her second feature length film: ANDREA VERSUS, and developing other scripted and unscripted work. Her work has been featured at international film festivals such as The San Diego Latino Film Festival, Filmfestival Max-Ophüls-Preis, and The Guanajuato Film Festival.
