As a graduate of the inaugural University of Central Florida Film, MarQ is credited with producing and directing several award winning documentary shorts and a several well-received feature documentaries. He currently works as a freelance producer, director, cinematographer, and editor. MarQ’s hobbies such as surfing and windsurfing helped lead him into the extreme sport of kiteboarding. His passion for documentary filmmaking and pursuit of compelling subject matter helped spawn the concept for his award winning feature documentary Into The Air: A Kiteboarding Experience, currently available on Netflix. MarQ and his brother Ren grew up glued to the old school Saturday morning wrestling shows back in the 70s and early 80s. Stars like Sweet Brown Sugar, Dusty Rhodes, The Dancing Kangaroo all left their mark and led them into the squared circle of making a wrestling movie.
