Photography demonstrates a mastery of the ability to take risks, develop an idea through a series of images, showcase a range of experimentation, and clearly articulate visual and conceptual ideas.

We are excited to launch our very own competition to give way to LGBTQIA+ visionaries and photographers of color and give them a chance to showcase their work to the world through the heart-touching photography they've captured.

Awards & Prizes

One winner will be chosen per category. All winners will receive:

- Publication on Kulture Hub site, social media, and selected media partner publications

- Winners qualify to receive a cash stipend to honor their achievement

- Authorized use on websites and collateral of the custom “Photograph with PRIDE Winners” Kulture Hub Logo

- 1-on-1 Mentorship with an established photographer within our community

- Exclusive access to our community of creatives for future projects

- Students winner will have the opportunity to intern with us in the Fall

Rules & Terms

All submissions must be original work to the artist. • Photography, digital and film, will be accepted.

Entrant is solely responsible for obtaining necessary authorizations in order to submit their work to the Photography Competition (e.g. model release forms, etc). Payment must accompany every entry.

SUBMISSIONS:
In this Call for Entries, all image submissions to the Photography Competition should be in digital format (.jpg), submitted via the FilmFreeway Site. All submitted work must have been created within the last two years.

All images contained herein or attached to this website are the property of the artist and the artist retains the sole copyright and all applicable rights to said images.

USAGE RIGHTS:

Kulture Hub is granted usage of the chosen artwork only for display, marketing, and promotional purposes for that, and for any future Kulture Hub themed art show(s) and that usage of that image is limited to Kulture Hub press releases, Kulture Hub Online event presentations, Kulture Hub printed materials and books, Kulture Hub articles, Kulture Hub graphics, Kulture Hub slide shows, Kulture Hub presentations, Kulture
Hub event materials and for use on the Kulture Hub website.
