Jovana Đukić is a 27 years old 2D animator. She graduated Graphic and Interactive Communications on the Faculty of Natural Sciences and Engineering in Ljubljana. And is now doing an MA in Graphic Design at The Academy of Fine Arts and Design, University of Ljubljana.

She has fallen in love with the animation in her 3rd year while doing Erasmus student exchange in Lisbon. There she did her first 2D frame by frame animation called "Flyaway". It was made for the song by musician Jakob Kobal. After that, she did her graduation short animated movie called "Mama devojka" (eng. Mum Girl), which was based on a story written by Jelena Perušina Pavlov. In 2019 she created another 2D frame by frame animation for the Slovenian music band Junema, for the song "V gozdu nad meglo". While doing the internship in in60seconds studio in Amsterdam, her latest animation "Pogrešala sem te" (eng. I've Missed You) animation was created, based on a story written by Alenka Drobnjak. In 2021 she did two new projects; "Redkev gre v kino" (eng. Radish Goes to the Cinema) and "Pravica do smrti" (eng. The Right to Die). In 2022 she did a student exchange at the West Virginia University, USA.

Her source of energy and inspiration are people and nature. Her favourite part about animation is that she has complete control of everything happening on the screen and that the only limit in creating animation is her imagination.
