Jon Peter Lewis is an artist who first gained national attention on American Idol as a finalist for the show's third season. Following his run on Idol, Lewis released two solo albums and three EPs. He later appeared on The Voice with pal Ryan Hayes, becoming one of the few musicians to compete on both shows.

Over the years his passion for storytelling has evolved, however, moving away from music into broader narrative forms. He's now in his 2nd year at USC's School of Cinematic Arts in pursuit of an MFA.
