İlayda İşeri is an award-winning 21-year-old promising director from Turkey. Her short documentaries Kozan (2020) and The Fountain (2021) gained international recognition, including screenings at the San Francisco International Film Festival. In 2023, she directed her first short fiction film, Game, Interrupted, and became the youngest director in Turkey to receive support from the Turkish Ministry of Culture. The film premiered at the 54th Tampere Film Festival. Iseri is currently pursuing her studies in philosophy and physics at Boğaziçi University.
