Submitters automatically receive an email and account notification at 3:05 PM PT on the designated Notification Date.
Go to 'My Festival' > 'Manage' > 'Notification Manager'. Here you can create custom notification emails that will be automatically sent to submitters notifying them of their Selection or Non-Selection to your event.
You can also notify entrants ahead of the scheduled date by using the Notification Tool, which issues advanced notifications. This tool is available on the same page for your convenience.
