HEI (Heart of European International Monthly Film Festival) is an
international monthly film festival for filmmakers and film
enthusiasts to promote their work.

HEI monthly FILM FESTIVAL is a monthly international event. We
accept short films, documentaries, animations, music videos and
films of all genres. Every month, our judge team watch, check and
evaluate the submitted films. The best films declared the winner of
the month.

We are a group of experienced filmmakers who are trying to bring
the world the best short,feature movies, music videos, animations
,documentaries, web series and many many else from around the
world, and we promote and present everything on a single
platform, which is our website.

Our mission is to push the boundaries, bring a unique artistic and
cinematic experience from around the world and send it to the
heart of Europe.

Awards & Prizes

We appreciate every artist / creator who sends us their work. All works are changed and evaluated by a jury. Each month, the best works are awarded a diploma. Each winner is entitled to a trophy. At the end of the competition year, we will evaluate the total winner who wins 250USD casch.

Rules & Terms

1. The festival authorities will have the right to retain copies of each film and the material send as part of our festival library & can be screened in for, promotion, awareness & commercial purposes.

2. The excerpts from films send for Heart Of Europe International Film Festival can be shown on the TV / Local Network / Internet etc. For Promotional / Publicity.

3. Videos that are submitted must be the entrant’s original work and shall not infringe on any copyrights or any other rights of any third Parties.

4. Contestants agree that they have obtained all required copyright permissions regarding music, sound & images. Etc presented in their film.

5. Heart Of Europe International Film Festival organizers reserve rights change, cancel or re-schedule the dates, venue, awards & categories without consent or information to contestants.

6. The organizers reserve the right not to award any or all of the prizes.

7. The decision of the festival selection committee will be final.

8. No fee waiver. All entry fees are non-refundable.

9. All films that are not in English must have English language subtitles.

10. Proof of Student Status is required for entry to the Student category.
