Born Alfredo Moyano, and based in the greater Green Bay - Wisconsin area, actor/voiceover artist/producer/filmmaker, Freddy Moyano, owes his Freddy nickname to Wes Craven's Freddy Krueger, one of his favorite movie characters while growing up in Spain (1980s-1990s).
After having enough of working for private corporations (strong litigation/law enforcement background: 2002-2015) in the Midwest over the course of 14 years, Freddy founded his own production company, Moyano Lingua and began acting and doing voiceover work (now VO in movies and over 30 audio books).
His acting career started with background and stand-in opportunities (Empire, Easy, The Chi, Rampage, Electric Dreams...) as well as a strong formation in advanced acting and stage combat. After 12 months, Freddy progressed into lead speaking and key re-enactment roles (Killer Couples, Mafia Ties, To.Get.Her)
Freddy is also a gifted linguist (English, Spanish, French, some Italian), editor and script writer, having contributed to various filmmaking processes with his consulting and expertise. He has translated bestselling novels such as A Dyeing Shame, by Elizabeth Spann-Craig, with whom he is working on a condensed Spanish learning series which include audio work.
Freddy is now a multi-award winner ranging from voice-over to acting work, including music edition for films (working with composers) and production work through his own company www.moyanolingua.com
