𝗘𝗡𝗚𝗟𝗜𝗦𝗛 𝗕𝗘𝗟𝗢𝗪
Conditions of participation:
Art. 1) - The films must have Italian subtitles.
Art. 2) - The films can also be sent electronically (.mov, .avi, .mp4) via we-transfer or similar to the e-mail address cineclubdeltadelpo@gmail.com by 30 June 2025 at the latest. All documents specified in Art. 3 must also be submitted by the above deadline. Only films with complete documentation will be admitted to the competition.
Art. 3) - Each short film must be accompanied by the completed entry form and the release form for the FOLCO QUILICI AWARD 2025, as well as the receipt of payment made; possibly one or more scene photos in digital format, the film poster, if available, and a CV of the director (optional) and e-mail (mandatory). Each author is responsible for the content of the submitted work.
The entry fee is 10 € per submitted work (maximum 2 works per author). FEDIC members do not pay the registration fee.
Art. 4) - Short films produced from 2022 onwards can participate in the festival in any form, but the length of the works must not exceed 20 (twenty) minutes including titles. The fee of Euro 10.00 for each short film submitted, as a contribution to secretarial costs.
Proof of payment must be attached to the documents to be sent with the work, failing which it will be excluded from the competition.
Art. 5) - The prizes will be awarded by a jury chaired by Brando Quilici as follows:
Section A - Best Documentary Short Film: Certificate and Art Prize;
Section B - Best Narrative Short Film: Certificate and Art Prize;
Section C - Best Short Film - Emilia-Romagna people throughout the world: certificate and Artistic Award;
Section D - Best Short for the Jury - certificate and Artistic Award.
Art. 6) - The organisation is not responsible for any damage or loss of materials during the online reception of the files.
Art.7) - By registering for the Festival, the authors accept the articles of this call for entries in their entirety and the fulfilment of all requirements, under penalty of exclusion from the competition.
Failure to fulfil even one of the mandatory elements listed in Art. 3 will result in exclusion from the selection and loss of the fees already paid.
Art. 8) - The results of the selection will be immediately communicated to all participants by e-mail and published on the Facebook pages and on the website www.cineclubfedicdeltadelpo.it together with information on the place, date and time of the screenings and the award ceremony by 12 August. The authors of the award-winning and honoured works will also be notified by telephone. The jury's reasons, which are incontestable, will be published on the day of the award ceremony. The final decision on disputed cases lies with the festival organisation.
Art. 9) - The presence of the authors at the screening and award ceremony evenings, also in representation, is desired. The jury will take into account the needs of winners from European countries or continents other than Europe. In any case, the festival organisation undertakes to send the prizes to the winners at its own expense.
For whatever reason, no reimbursement will be provided for the participation of the
authors and/or their delegates in the awards evenings.
However, particularly favourable accommodation and catering facilities are already available in structures close to the venues.
Art. 10) - The works submitted will be included in the Festival's archive.
Art. 11) - Participation in the FOLCO QUILICI AWARD implies acceptance of the conditions set out in all the articles of these regulations.
Art. 12) - In accordance with Law 196/03, the data will be used exclusively for the purpose of organising the FOLCO QUILICI AWARD.
𝗜𝗧𝗔𝗟𝗜𝗔𝗡 𝗕𝗘𝗟𝗢𝗪
Condizioni per partecipare:
Art. 1) – I cortometraggi in lingua straniera devono essere obbligatoriamente
sottotitolati in lingua italiana.
Art. 2) – I lavori potranno essere inviati alla segreteria del premio mediante spedizione elettronica del file (.mov, .avi, .mp4) tramite we-transfer o similari all’indirizzo di posta elettronica cineclubdeltadelpo@gmail.com entro e non oltre il 30 giugno 2025,
avendo l’obbligatorietà di inviare entro la data di scadenza sopra riportata tutti i documenti richiesti dall’Art. 3 del presente bando di concorso. Le opere si considerano iscritte al concorso soltanto al ricevimento dei documenti richiesti all'Art. 3 del presente bando.
Art. 3) – Ogni cortometraggio, dovrà essere accompagnato dalla scheda di Iscrizione e
dalla liberatoria per il PREMIO FOLCO QUILICI 2025, compilate in ogni parte, e dalla ricevuta del versamento effettuato; eventualmente da una o più foto di scena in formato digitale, dalla locandina del film, ove questa fosse disponibile e un curriculum del regista
(documenti facoltativi) ed e-mail (obbligatoria). Ogni autore è responsabile del contenuto dell'opera presentata.
Il costo d'iscrizione è di 10 € per ogni opera presentata (massimo 2 opere per autore) e
gratuito per i soci FEDIC.
Art. 4) - Possono partecipare al Festival cortometraggi prodotti a partire dal 2022, sotto
qualsiasi forma, ma la durata dei lavori non dovrà superare i 20 (venti) minuti titoli inclusi, l'attestazione del versamento dev'essere allegata alla documentazione da
inviare con l'opera, pena l'esclusione dal concorso.
Art. 5) – I premi saranno assegnati da una giuria presieduta da Brando Quilici
nel modo seguente:
Sezione A - Miglior Docu-corto: certificato e premio artistico;
Sezione B - Miglior Cortometraggio narrativo: certificato e premio artistico
Sezione C - Miglior Cortometraggio Emiliano-Romagnolo nel mondo: certificato e premio artistico;
Sezione D - Miglior Cortometraggio scelto dalla Giuria: certificato e premio artistico.
Art. 6) – L'organizzazione non è responsabile di danni o perdita dei materiali
durante la ricezione on-line dei file.
Art.7) – Con l'iscrizione al Festival gli autori accettano integralmente gli
articoli del presente bando, nonché a far fronte a tutti gli adempimenti richiesti, pena
l'esclusione dal concorso.
L'assenza di una sola delle voci obbligatorie elencate nell’Art. 3 non
consentirà l'accesso alle selezioni e l'eventuale perdita della quota
eventualmente già versata.
Art. 8) – I risultati del concorso saranno tempestivamente comunicati a tutti i
partecipanti tramite mail, pubblicati sulle pagine facebook: amici "cineclub
fedic delta del po” e sul sito ufficiale www.cineclubfedicdeltadelpo.it
unitamente alle informazioni su luogo, data e orari delle proiezioni e della
premiazione entro il 12 di agosto. Gli autori delle opere vincitrici e di quelle
segnalate saranno avvisati anche per telefono. Le motivazioni della giuria,
inappellabili, saranno rese pubbliche il giorno della premiazione.
All'organizzazione del Festival spetta la decisione finale sui casi controversi.
Art. 9) – Si auspica la presenza degli Autori durante le serate di proiezione e
premiazione, anche per delega. La giuria terrà in considerazione eventuali
esigenze qualora i vincitori dovessero appartenere ad altri Paesi europei o ad
altri continenti che non siano l'Europa. In ogni caso l’organizzazione del
Festival si impegna, a proprie spese, a spedire i premi ai vincitori,
Nessun rimborso spese è previsto, a qualsiasi titolo, per la partecipazione
degli autori e/o loro delegati per la presenza alle serate di premiazione,
Sin da ora sono comunque previste convenzioni di vitto e alloggio in strutture
vicine alle sedi dell’evento, particolarmente vantaggiose.
Art. 10) – Le opere inviate non verranno restituite e andranno a far parte
dell’archivio del Festival.
Art. 11) – La partecipazione al PREMIO FOLCO QUILICI implica l'accettazione
delle condizioni esposte in tutti gli articoli del presente regolamento.
Art. 12) – Ai sensi della legge 196/03 i dati saranno trattati ai soli fini
dell'organizzazione del PREMIO FOLCO QUILICI
