BASES FESTIYAQ- 5 º EDICIÓN

YAQ Distribución, una de las empresas líder en distribución en España, abre convocatoria para celebrar la quinta edición de su festival.

FUNCIONAMIENTO:

El festival abrirá convocatoria desde febrero a noviembre de 2022 y seleccionará cortos durante todo ese tiempo. Las obras escogidas se dividirán en cuatro etapas (cuatro cortos finalistas en cada una), que coinciden con los cuatro trimestres del año: marzo, junio, septiembre y diciembre.

En cada una de estas etapas durante 2022, habrá un ganador PLATA que recibirá un mes de distribución gratis con YAQ y un diploma. Este ganador entrará a formar parte de los finalistas y competirá por el premio ORO.

De estos cuatro finalistas saldrá el ganador ORO. El premio para su corto consiste en la distribución nacional e internacional gratuita por festivales durante todo el año 2023 (premio valorado en 1920 euros) por festivales sin cuota de inscripción y un diploma.

El certamen estará disponible en plataforma FilmFreeway, Movibeta, Click for Festivals y Festhome.

5º EDITION OF FESTIYAQ- CALL FOR ENTRIES

YAQ Distribución, one of the most important distribution companies in Spain, opens call for entries for the 5º edition of the festival.

HOW IT WORKS:

The festival will be opened from February to November 2022 and will select short films during all this time. The selected works would be divided in four stages (with four short films in each one) that match with the four quarters of the year: March, June, September and December.

In each stage during 2022, it will be a SILVER WINNER, that will receive one month of mundial free distribution of the work with YAQ and a certificate. This winner will be a part of the finalists and will compete for the GOLD award.

Between this four finalists, it will be a GOLD WINNER. The award for this short film is the world free distribution through festivals during all the year 2022 (prize of a cost of 1920 euros) and a certificate. The festivals included are the ones that don’t have entry fee.

The festival would be open to submissions through FilmFreeway, Movibeta, Click for Festivals and Festhome.

Rules & Terms

Se podrán presentar cortometrajes de hasta 20 minutos de duración, en castellano o subtitulados a este idioma, de cualquier género (ficción, documental, experimental, animación...), temática y país.

La inscripción tiene un coste de 1 euro. Para cortos extranjeros, tendrá un cuota de inscripción de 2 euros.

Al participar en el certamen, el postulante acepta recibir la newsletter de YAQ, que tendrá una periodicidad mensual y que difunde noticias interesantes relacionadas con el mundo del cortometraje.

We accept short films with a maximum duration of 20 minutes, in Spanish or subtitled in Spanish, of any genre (fiction, documentary, experimental, animations), theme or country.

The submission has a cost of 1 euro for Spanish shorts. For short films from abroad, the cost is 2 euros.

When you send a short film to your festival, you accept to join the YAQ mensual newsletter, that provides interesting news related to the world of short film.
