Official Selection is limited to curated works. Not all submissions are selected.

AI Zone offers two participation paths for selected films:

• Festival Participation Only – Eligible for Official Selection and all festival laurels.

• Festival Participation + AI Zone Publication – Eligible for Official Selection, all festival laurels, featured placement on AI Zone, and the $500 USD Grand Prize.

Publication on AI Zone is entirely non-exclusive. Filmmakers retain full ownership, copyright, and all rights to their work at all times, regardless of participation in the festival, platform exhibition, or eligibility for the $500 USD Grand Prize.

Awards & Prizes

Grand Prize – $500 USD

• Featured placement on AI Zone

Eligibility:
The Grand Prize is available only to Officially Selected films that agree to publication on the AI Zone platform during the festival season. Publication is non-exclusive, and filmmakers retain full ownership, copyright, and all rights to their work at all times.

Additional Jury Awards:

• Best AI Comedy
• Best AI Drama
• Best Experimental Film
• Best Visual Achievement
• Best Animated Film
• Best AI Horror
• Best AI Sci-Fi

All Officially Selected films receive Official Selection laurels and remain eligible for jury recognition regardless of whether they choose platform publication.

Rules & Terms

1. All submitted projects must be safe for work.
2. Submissions must involve artificial intelligence as a significant part of the creative process.
3. The submitter must hold the rights to submit the work and ensure that no copyrighted material is used without permission.
4. Any AI tools used must comply with the respective providers’ terms of service.
5. Works of any language are accepted. English subtitles are recommended if dialogue is present.
6. By submitting, filmmakers grant the festival the right to use stills, posters, titles, and short excerpts from the submitted work for promotional and festival-related purposes.
7. Officially Selected filmmakers who accept publication on the AI Zone platform grant AI ZONE a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to host and publicly display their submitted work on AI ZONE's online platforms for festival exhibition, promotion, and archival purposes. Filmmakers retain full ownership, copyright, and all rights to their work at all times.
8. The festival reserves the right to determine eligibility, Official Selections, award recipients, and final programming decisions.
9. Selected submissions may also be invited for extended featured placement on the AI Zone platform.
10. Publication on AI Zone is entirely optional and non-exclusive. Declining publication does not affect eligibility for Official Selection or festival laurels but may affect eligibility for certain awards as described in the Awards & Prizes section.
