The Phantasmagoria Film Festival exists to showcase the ambitious and creative independent filmmaker. To make a good “genre” film takes real creativity, craftsmanship and – yes, artistic merit. We show professional and amateur productions as both can learn from the other. The fest is debuting in 2026, brought to you by the original creators and owners of the Fargo Fantastic Film Festival (now a part of ValleyCon and owned by others) who created and nurtured it for 23 years! PHANTASMAGORIA aims to bring even more cool projects to the fore so submit today!
Bringing the Award we created with permission from the namesake, PHANTASMAGORIA has Awards for best films in various genres, both short subject and feature and the Roger and Julie Corman Award for Intrepid Filmmaking.
