**𝗔𝗟𝗟 𝗧𝗛𝗔𝗧 𝗠𝗢𝗩𝗘𝗦 𝗜𝗡𝗧𝗘𝗥𝗡𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡𝗔𝗟 𝗙𝗜𝗟𝗠 𝗙𝗘𝗦𝗧𝗜𝗩𝗔𝗟 - 𝗥𝗨𝗟𝗘𝗦 & 𝗧𝗘𝗥𝗠𝗦**
𝟭. 𝗚𝗘𝗡𝗘𝗥𝗔𝗟 𝗜𝗡𝗙𝗢𝗥𝗠𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡
- The All that Moves International Film Festival (ATMF) is organized annually.
- The festival accepts films completed within the past six years. For the 2026/2027 edition, eligible films must have been completed after January 1st, 2021.
- Films of all languages are accepted but must include subtitles in English, Spanish, or Portuguese.
- The festival reserves the right to refuse any submission at its discretion.
- All communications, including selection notifications, deadlines, and event information, will be sent via email only, either from the festival or through automatic notifications from FilmFreeway. Submitters must keep their contact information up to date and check spam folders regularly.
𝟮. 𝗦𝗨𝗕𝗠𝗜𝗦𝗦𝗜𝗢𝗡 𝗚𝗨𝗜𝗗𝗘𝗟𝗜𝗡𝗘𝗦
- Multiple entries from the same submitter are accepted; however, each film must be submitted separately with its own entry fee.
- Submission fees are non-refundable.
- Films must be submitted in the correct category. If a film is submitted in the wrong category or without the correct fee, it may be deemed ineligible at the discretion of the festival’s programming or executive director. ATMF will not refund any fees if the filmmaker fails to submit the film in the correct category.
- The festival does not cover any expenses incurred by the filmmaker.
- There are no premiere requirements.
𝟯. 𝗦𝗘𝗟𝗘𝗖𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡 & 𝗝𝗨𝗗𝗚𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗣𝗥𝗢𝗖𝗘𝗦𝗦
- 𝗢𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗦𝗲𝗹𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: Your film has been approved to compete for awards in its respective category. Being selected means your film met the festival’s quality standards and is eligible for jury consideration. Our jury vote on the winners, finalists, and honorable mentions in each category among the selected films.
- 𝗙𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘀𝘁: Your film was among the top entries in its category and made it to the shortlist for a possible win. Although it did not secure the award, reaching this stage is a distinguished recognition of its excellence.
- 𝗛𝗼𝗻𝗼𝗿𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗠𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: While your film did not win the top prize, it was acknowledged by the jury for its outstanding qualities. This recognition is awarded to films that stand out due to their originality, creativity, or unique artistic elements.
- 𝗪𝗶𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗿: Your film has been awarded as one of the winners in its category at the All That Moves International Film Festival. This represents the highest recognition granted by the jury in each competitive category. The screening program will be curated from the winners, considering the time and space available at the venue.
- Selected projects are reviewed by our jury. The final decision on winners, finalists, honorable mentions and the films chosen for exhibition is made by the festival's jury.
- Every entry/submission will be judged based on its directing, acting, technical, and artistic merits, as related to the submission in its respective category.
- The jury’s decision is final and not subject to appeal.
- Due to time and space constraints at our screening venue, only a curated group of winning films will be showcased.
- If a film is deemed eligible for exhibition, the submitter will be notified.
- Films deemed eligible for exhibition must provide subtitles in SRT format separately, and submit a media file suitable for screening, following the technical specifications outlined in the notification.
𝟰. 𝗔𝗪𝗔𝗥𝗗𝗦 & 𝗥𝗘𝗖𝗢𝗚𝗡𝗜𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡
- Winners, finalists and honorable mentions in each category will be notified on "Notification Day."
- All winners will receive the official All that Moves International Film Festival laurel and digital certificate.
- All officially selected projects, finalists and honorable mentions will receive the festival laurel.
𝟱. 𝗟𝗘𝗚𝗔𝗟 𝗥𝗘𝗦𝗣𝗢𝗡𝗦𝗜𝗕𝗜𝗟𝗜𝗧𝗜𝗘𝗦
- The submitter must hold all necessary rights, including but not limited to image rights, talent releases, soundtrack and/or source music releases.
- The burden of obtaining copyrights and all proprietary interests for submitted material rests solely on the applicant/submitter.
- The All that Moves International Film Festival accepts no responsibility, financial or otherwise, for any submitted material.
- By submitting, the applicant/submitter grants ATMF permission to list their film on the festival’s website and promotional materials.
- The screening of a film at the festival is exclusively for cultural and promotional purposes, with no commercial distribution. Any ticket sales are solely intended to cover the event's operational costs.
- The All that Moves International Film Festival (ATMF) does not pay any fees for the screening of films at the event, regardless of selection or awards. Participation in the festival is voluntary and without financial compensation.
- By submitting a film, the participant acknowledges and accepts all rules and terms established by the festival.
𝟲. 𝗗𝗜𝗦𝗖𝗟𝗔𝗜𝗠𝗘𝗥
- ATMF may, without prior notice, amend these Rules & Terms at any time. Such amendments take immediate effect upon publication. It is the responsibility of the submitter to periodically review these rules for updates.

𝟭. 𝗜𝗡𝗙𝗢𝗥𝗠𝗔𝗖̧𝗢̃𝗘𝗦 𝗚𝗘𝗥𝗔𝗜𝗦
- O All That Moves International Film Festival (ATMF) é realizado anualmente.
- O festival aceita filmes concluídos nos últimos seis anos. Para a edição de 2026/2027, serão elegíveis filmes finalizados após 1º de janeiro de 2021.
- Filmes de qualquer idioma são aceitos, mas devem incluir legendas em inglês, espanhol ou português.
- O festival se reserva o direito de recusar qualquer submissão a seu critério.
- Todas as comunicações, incluindo notificações de seleção, prazos e informações sobre o evento, serão enviadas exclusivamente por e-mail, seja pelo festival ou por notificações automáticas do FilmFreeway. Os participantes devem manter suas informações de contato atualizadas e verificar suas caixas de spam regularmente.
𝟮. 𝗗𝗜𝗥𝗘𝗧𝗥𝗜𝗭𝗘𝗦 𝗣𝗔𝗥𝗔 𝗦𝗨𝗕𝗠𝗜𝗦𝗦𝗔̃𝗢
- São permitidas múltiplas inscrições de um mesmo participante; no entanto, cada filme deve ser enviado separadamente e com sua respectiva taxa de inscrição.
- As taxas de inscrição não são reembolsáveis.
- Os filmes devem ser enviados na categoria correta. Se um filme for enviado na categoria errada ou sem a taxa correspondente, poderá ser considerado inelegível a critério do diretor executivo ou da equipe de programação do festival. O ATMF não reembolsará taxas caso o participante envie o filme na categoria incorreta.
- O festival não cobre quaisquer despesas incorridas pelo participante.
- Não há exigência de estreia para os filmes inscritos.
𝟯. 𝗣𝗥𝗢𝗖𝗘𝗦𝗦𝗢 𝗗𝗘 𝗦𝗘𝗟𝗘𝗖̧𝗔̃𝗢 𝗘 𝗝𝗨𝗟𝗚𝗔𝗠𝗘𝗡𝗧𝗢
- 𝗦𝗲𝗹𝗲𝗰̧𝗮̃𝗼 𝗢𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹: Seu filme foi aprovado para competir por prêmios em sua categoria. Ser selecionado significa que seu filme atendeu aos padrões de qualidade do festival e está elegível para a avaliação do júri. Nosso júri vota nos vencedores, finalistas e menções honrosas em cada categoria entre os filmes selecionados.
- 𝗙𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗮: Seu filme foi um dos melhores da categoria e entrou na lista de finalistas com chance de vencer. Embora não tenha conquistado o prêmio, chegar a essa fase representa um reconhecimento significativo de sua qualidade.
- 𝗠𝗲𝗻𝗰̧𝗮̃𝗼 𝗛𝗼𝗻𝗿𝗼𝘀𝗮: Mesmo que seu filme não tenha vencido o prêmio principal, ele foi reconhecido pelo júri por suas qualidades excepcionais. Essa distinção é concedida a filmes que se destacam pela originalidade, criatividade ou elementos artísticos únicos.
- 𝗩𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲𝗱𝗼𝗿: Seu filme foi premiado como um dos vencedores em sua categoria no All That Moves International Film Festival. Esse é o maior reconhecimento concedido pelo júri em cada categoria competitiva. A programação das exibições será feita a partir dos filmes vencedores, considerando o tempo e o espaço disponíveis no local do evento.
- Os projetos selecionados são avaliados pelo nosso júri. A decisão final sobre vencedores, finalistas, menções honrosas e filmes escolhidos para exibição cabe exclusivamente ao júri do festival.
- Todas as submissões serão julgadas com base na direção, atuação, méritos técnicos e artísticos, conforme sua categoria específica.
- A decisão do júri é final e irrevogável.
- Devido a limitações de tempo e espaço no local da exibição, apenas uma curadoria feita entre os filmes vencedores será exibida.
- Caso um filme seja considerado elegível para exibição, o participante será notificado.
- Filmes selecionados para exibição devem fornecer legendas no formato SRT separadamente e enviar um arquivo de mídia adequado para exibição, conforme as especificações técnicas descritas na notificação.
𝟰. 𝗣𝗥𝗘̂𝗠𝗜𝗢𝗦 𝗘 𝗥𝗘𝗖𝗢𝗡𝗛𝗘𝗖𝗜𝗠𝗘𝗡𝗧𝗢
- Vencedores, finalistas e menções honrosas de cada categoria serão notificados no "Dia da Notificação".
- Todos os vencedores receberão o louro oficial do All That Moves International Film Festival e um certificado digital.
- Todos os projetos oficialmente selecionados, finalistas e menções honrosas receberão o louro do festival.
𝟱. 𝗥𝗘𝗦𝗣𝗢𝗡𝗦𝗔𝗕𝗜𝗟𝗜𝗗𝗔𝗗𝗘𝗦 𝗟𝗘𝗚𝗔𝗜𝗦
- O participante deve possuir todos os direitos necessários, incluindo, mas não se limitando a, direitos de imagem, autorizações de talentos, trilha sonora e/ou uso de músicas originais ou licenciadas.
- A responsabilidade pela obtenção dos direitos autorais e de todos os interesses proprietários do material submetido recai inteiramente sobre o participante.
- O All That Moves International Film Festival não assume qualquer responsabilidade, financeira ou de outra natureza, por materiais submetidos.
- Ao submeter um filme, o participante concede ao ATMF permissão para listar sua obra no site do festival e em materiais promocionais.
- A exibição de um filme no festival tem fins exclusivamente culturais e promocionais, sem qualquer intenção de distribuição comercial. Quaisquer vendas de ingressos destinam-se apenas a cobrir os custos operacionais do evento.
- O All That Moves International Film Festival (ATMF) não paga nenhuma taxa pela exibição de filmes no evento, independentemente de seleção ou premiação. A participação no festival é voluntária e sem compensação financeira.
- Ao submeter um filme, o participante reconhece e aceita todas as regras e termos estabelecidos pelo festival.
𝟲. 𝗔𝗩𝗜𝗦𝗢 𝗟𝗘𝗚𝗔𝗟
- O ATMF pode, a qualquer momento e sem aviso prévio, modificar estas Regras e Termos. Tais modificações entram em vigor imediatamente após a publicação. Cabe ao participante revisar periodicamente as regras para acompanhar eventuais atualizações.
