1.- The short films must have a maximum duration of forty-five minutes. And for feature films over 45 minutes.
2.- In case the language of speech is not Spanish, it must be subtitled in Spanish or English.
3.- Any natural or legal person of any nationality can participate.
4. The number of movies that each artist can present to the festival is unlimited.
5. All themes are accepted.

7.- Shipping method: Will only be accepted via On-line, through the associated platforms. If the link is not public, you must enter the password. If not, the movie will be automatically disqualified.

OFFICIAL SELECTION
The selected works will be live screening, during the festival in February, according to the program of the 13th edition of the Festival, published well in advance.
SELECTED MOVIE REQUIREMENTS
Once the selection of a film by the Festival has been made for any of the Sections, it can not be withdrawn.
The inscription of a film to competition in the Festival assumes the full acceptance and fulfillment of the present Bases of Participation and of its possible annexes.
The projection copy must be sent on line with sufficient time.
PROGRAMMING AND EXHIBITION RIGHTS
During the celebration of the contest, the organization reserves the right to exhibit the selected films in as many public sessions as it deems appropriate.

These participation bases may be supplemented or modified, prior to the start date of the Festival, with as many other annexes as the Organization deems appropriate.
The interpretation of these will be exclusively the responsibility of the Festival Directorate.
