SVAFF is one of my favorite festivals and a must-attend every October. The hospitality is unmatched, the programming is rich with value, and founder Chike Nwoffiah is truly a gem. I have met so many incredible people there over the years, and each experience has been meaningful, inspiring, and worth returning for.

Thank you for including BELIEF in the 2025 program. We are very sad not to be able to attend due to Visa issues (living abroad). The Festival is prestigious, well organized and flawlessly run. You can tell this one is special for it's cultural networking and global reach. Thrilled to be a part of the SVAFF alumni community -- and hoping to return with our next!

This film festival felt like a family! Connections were made from those running the festival to the filmmakers invited to it! I truly enjoyed myself from beginning to the end. I believe that this film festival should receive as much support as it gives to filmmakers. There’s such a sense of community, support, genuine love for the arts, the people, and the culture. I look forward to returning back here!

  • The Silicon African Film Festival is more than just a festival — it’s a space where stories find wings and dreams discover their voice.

Seeing my short film among such inspiring works made me believe even more in the power of cinema to heal, unite, and transform.

Thank you for opening windows to the world and for celebrating the strength of stories that rise from the soul.
