Festival Passes for Filmmakers:
Each filmmaker selected for a screening at our festival will receive one complimentary festival pass. Additional passes may be granted at our discretion. These passes provide free access to all screenings and talks during the festival.

Screening Package Submission:
Please ensure your screening package reaches us by 21 July 2024. Our venue mandates a Digital Cinema Package (DCP) and British Board of Film Classification (BBFC) certification for each film. If you require assistance with either the DCP or BBFC process, we are here to help. Prompt communication will enable us to provide the necessary support efficiently.

DCP should be either 1998x1080 FLAT or 2048x858 SCOPE, in 2K or 4K resolution, 24fps if possible, with either 5.1 mix or stereo audio. If delivering on a drive, it must be formatted as EXT3 or Exfat.

The cost of shipping DCPs and other materials to and from the festival must be covered by the filmmakers. Filmmakers attending the festival can collect their materials after their screening.

Address and Shipping Instructions:
The shipping address will be provided upon film selection. For DCP hard drives, all transport costs, including customs fees, insurance, and return freight, are the responsibility of the producer or their representative. For international shipments outside the European Single Market, ensure customs clearance and include three copies of customs documentation with the courier waybill. Assign a value not exceeding 10 euros or dollars to the package and label it as “No commercial value, for cultural purposes only”. So well organised and a fantastic professional approach that makes each selected filmmaker feel like royalty. They go to great lengths to promote everyone selected, culminating in red carpet interviews and a cinema screening in one of the best cinemas in the U.K. A truly special film festival that you should attend even if you do not have a film showing. You meet creatives there that you will know for a long time.

This was my first film festival experience, for my debut short Big Dog... Alida and the team have set the bar very high going forward! Was amazing to see the film on the big screen at Vue Piccadilly, with an enthusiastic audience. Will be submitting my future films here!
