Geoffrey and the Katra Film Series team are truly dedicated to supporting filmmakers. They create a warm and welcoming atmosphere in great venues. The list of prizes that they offer participants as well as winners is deeply generous and very helpful. All of the prizes are specifically designed to help filmmakers move forward in their careers. It is a lot of work on their part to be able to offer such a wide array of professional support to their participating filmmakers. I highly recommend submitting to this wonderful series run by great people who truly care about films and filmmakers.

You won't find a film series that's as easily enjoyable as the Katra Film Series. Don't let that fool you, Geoffrey Guerrero finds some amazing talent and some really wonderful films. The screenings are fun and super supportive. The whole evening feels much more like a party. As a result, the networking becomes effortless. Katra lowers the pressure many other festivals bring but, raises your game as a filmmaker. And Geoffrey gets it. He's a filmmaker, too (and a wonderful guy)!

Cool event. Thank you for having my film. The Q&A section was good. Just pay attention that this is a film series and some of the selected films will be screened in the Final annual screening.
    Overall, it's a cool festival.
