I am utterly disappointed that this film festival thought it was okay to pass my film to third-party individuals without my permission. This is the highest violation of my copyrights as an artist by a film festival - and it is rather unprofessional. FilmFreeway assures us that our work will be safe and protected under these film festivals and the purpose of sending our work is for the exclusive screening of the work to the particular festival, not for them to do as they like with our work.

Please do better, because this ain't it.

It was a pleasure to be part of this festival. Communication with the organizers was great. Furthermore, there was a good variety of local films selected for screenings. Presented works were also well promoted in the festival's social media channels. Many thanks to the whole festival team for presenting my film Ubizo and I hope I can attend Kasi Vibe in person in the future :) !
