Drifter Galleries Photography Competition '2022 Through Your Lens'

Drifter Galleries is a company that likes to roam. We're an art, photography and film gallery that make use of vacant space across London.

We've had the pleasure of exhibiting work from some incredible photographers this year, so with 2022 soon coming to a close, we're proud to announce our photography competition '2022 Through Your Lens'.

We are not looking for a specific type or genre of photography, we are looking for the most interesting shot you have taken this year, a shot with a story, a shot that sums up 2022 or simply a shot that makes you stop. This could be an interesting character, the mundane beauty that sits out of sight from the masses, a harrowing scene that makes you gasp, city wildlife that lives amongst us, the social landscape or just an impressive landscape drenched in the morning sun. We want to see your most striking image of 2022. An image that tells a story and holds our stare.

Shortlisted work will be exhibited at our amazing shop fronted space in trendy Queen's Park, west London. The exhibition will be kicked off with a private view where the winning photographer will be announced. Our long standing musical genius Goldak Sounds will set the mood with live electronic music and our friends at Anspach & Hobday Brewery will provide FREE BEER to keep the party flowing. Following the PV, the exhibition will be open to the public, where the gallery will push for sales.

Rich Ward - A multi award winning Creative Director whose career has spanned many years working with some of the most influential visionaries of our time, including legendary photographer Brian Duffy and film director royalty, Ridley Scott.
