Sohale Dezfoli is an Iranian-American director, writer, and producer based in Los Angeles. He attended the University of Maryland in College Park and received a degree in English Language & Literature. Shortly after, he wrote, directed, and produced the award-winning short film Insentient which premiered at the Burbank International Film Festival in 2014. Since then, Sohale has directed the parody short film, Taste the Difference, and has served as a producer on a number of films including the feature, Active Shooter (2020). When not working in entertainment, Sohale is an avid reader and painter.
