As a documentary filmmaker, I'm most often directing projects related to conservation and adventure. My focus is on storytelling and developing captivating, soulful and unique narratives. My films have been featured in numerous festivals including selection for the Banff Mountain World Tour. Additionally, I produce creative content for outdoor industry brands and environmental nonprofits.
Growing up in the woods of Vermont, wandering in the mountains near my home, and passing long summer days fishing, I gained a profound respect for the natural world that has continued to inform my life and work. My experience as a wilderness guide makes my film assignments in remote and challenging locations possible. I graduated summa cum laude from the University of Vermont with a degree in Natural Resources, and I am currently earning a Master's degree in Leadership for Sustainability. My academic background in naturalist studies, conservation, and environmental anthropology allows me to engage with complex subjects in my work. I am also co-founder of Wild Confluence Media, a production company whose focus is “elevating our planet's most pressing causes, critical movements and innovative leaders”.
