CinemaLab es una oportunidad para la maduración de proyectos de largometrajes y series de bajo presupuesto, en etapa de guion, construcción (work in progress) o finalizadas en búsqueda de promoción y distribución, para que fortalecidos en la colaboración y asesoría de expertos, logren avanzar y consolidarse.
20 selected projects will be incubated, within a national and international call, providing the right environment for filmmakers to focus their energies and move forward, through new and creative paths.
The laboratory will focus on the most neuralgic areas of realization, an immersion through individual, group and master classes, with renowned filmmakers.
Los 20 proyectos seleccionados, dentro de una convocatoria nacional e internacional, proporcionando el ambiente adecuado para que los cineastas enfoquen sus energías y avancen, a través de nuevos y creativos caminos.
El laboratorio se enfocará en las áreas más neurálgicas de la realización, una inmersión a través de asesorías individuales, grupales y clases magistrales, con cineastas de reconocida trayectoria.

BACKGROUND
Inteligrupo S.A.S - Inside Films, organizers of the "Cinema Lab", produces its first feature film "LAMENTOS", through film workshops between 2013 and 2014, premiered in the main movie theaters of Colombia in 2016. The film participated in more than 15 film festivals around the world and won the prize for best foreign film at the "Fright Night Film Festival 2016", held in Lousville - Kentucky - United States. It is an independent, low-budget film.
Between 2017 and 2021, the company repeats its alternative production formula, through training as a production strategy for its next film, "LA MATRIARCA" (2022), developing 15 film workshops (Acting, Photography, Direction, Production, Art and Script). In December 2017 the first version of the Film Camp "Zapatoca Bajo Las Estrellas" is made. Between 2018 and 2019, the second and third versions of the Film Camp will be held.
In February 2020, the first version of the Cinema Lab was held, where 15 participants from different Latin American countries and 8 advisors gathered. As a result, co-productions and consultancy were achieved for the participating projects.
In 2022 they will hold the second version of the "Cinema Lab", a meeting to reflect on and promote 20 film projects from Colombia and the world.

ANTECEDENTES
Inteligrupo S.A.S – Inside Films organizador del «CinemaLab», produce su primer largometraje «LAMENTOS», a través de talleres de cine entre 2013 y 2014, estrenada en las principales salas de cine de Colombia en el 2016. La película participo en mas de 15 festivales de cine alrededor del mundo y gano el premio a mejor película extranjera, en el festival de cine «Fright Night Film Festival 2016», llevado a cabo en Lousville – Kentucky – Estados Unidos. Es una película independiente y de bajo presupuesto.
Entre el 2017 y el 2021 la empresa repite su formula de producción alternativa, a través de la formación como estrategia de producción de su siguiente película, «LA MATRIARCA» (2022), desarrollando 15 talleres de cine (Actuación, Fotografía, Dirección, Producción, Arte y Guion). En diciembre de 2017 hacen la primera versión del Campamento de Cine “Zapatoca Bajo Las Estrellas”. Entre el 2018 y el 2019 realizan la segunda y tercera versión del Campamento de Cine.
En febrero del 2020 realizan la primera versión del Cinema Lab, donde congregaron presencialmente a 15 participantes de diferentes países de latinoamerica y a 8 asesores. Como resultado se lograron coproducciones y asesorías de los proyectos participantes.
En el 2022 realizarán la segunda versión del «Cinema Lab», un encuentro de reflexión y potenciación a 20 proyectos cinematográficos de Colombia y el mundo.

The 20 selected projects will participate in the Cinema Lab V2.0, where they will be fully advised so that their feature film projects and series in the script, construction and completion stages can be consolidated.
The production company organizing the event INTELIGRUPO S.A.S - INSIDE FILMS, will follow up the selected projects with its partners Jaguar Films Panamá and Photogroup Films Colombia.
Los 20 proyectos seleccionados participarán en el "Cinema Lab V2.0", donde serán asesorados integralmente para que sus proyectos de largometraje y series en etapa de guión, construcción y finalizadas, logren consolidarse.
La casa productora organizadora del evento INTELIGRUPO S.A.S – INSIDE FILMS, dará seguimiento a los proyectos seleccionados de la mano de sus socios Jaguar Films Panamá y Photogroup Films Colombia.
CONSULTANTS
«MAURICIO CUERVO» Scriptwriter, producer and director. His work has participated in various film festivals such as Warsaw, Rio de Janeiro and Guadalajara. Scriptwriter for "Silencio en el Paraíso", an award-winning film at the Malaga Film Festival - Spain and the feature film "Antes del Fuego", premiered at the Cartagena Film Festival. In 2013 he premiered the film "Crónica del Fin del Mundo" (Chronicle of the End of the World), his first film as a director, best Colombian film at the Bogota Film Festival, commercially premiered in several countries and broadcasted by the HBO channel in the United States. Filmmaker from the National University of Colombia, with a master's degree in Direction from the Carlos III University of Madrid. He has been a university teacher for more than 15 years.
«JULIÁN DÍAZ» Experienced Colombian actor who studied a degree in performing arts from the National Pedagogical University and was an outstanding student of the Charlotte Academy. He has participated in films such as "La Sombra del Caminante", "El Colombian Dream", "Soñar no Cuesta Nada", "El amor en los Tiempos del Cólera", "Crimen con Vista al Mar" among others. He starred in the film "El Arriero" (The Muleteer). In television he has participated in "La Sucursal del Cielo", "Made in Cartagena", "El Capo 3″", "La Selección" and "En la Boca del Lobo". His participation in the popular series of Netflix, "Narcos" and "Narcos México" with Diego Luna stands out. In recent years he has dedicated them to offer workshops based on movement, breathing and concentration in his corporation Diokaju. He is the director of actors and casting of the feature film "La Matriarca".

«MAURICIO CUERVO» Guionista, productor y director. Sus trabajos han participado en diversos festivales de cine como los de Varsovia, Río de Janeiro y Guadalajara. Guionista de «Silencio en el Paraíso», película galardonada en el Festival de Cine de Málaga – España y del largometraje «Antes del Fuego», estrenado en el Festival de cine de Cartagena. En 2013 estrenó la película «Crónica del Fin del Mundo», su ópera prima como director, mejor película colombiana en el Festival de cine de Bogotá, estrenada comercialmente en varios países y emitida por el canal HBO en los Estados Unidos. Realizador de cine de la Universidad Nacional de Colombia, con máster en Dirección de la Universidad Carlos III de Madrid. Es docente universitario desde hace más de 15 años.
«JULIÁN DÍAZ» Experimentado actor colombiano que estudió licenciatura en artes escénicas de la Universidad Pedagógica Nacional y fue un destacado alumno de la Academia Charlotte. Ha participado en películas como “La Sombra del Caminante”, “El Colombian Dream”, “Soñar no Cuesta Nada”, “El amor en los Tiempos del Cólera”, “Crimen con Vista al Mar” entre otras. Protagonizó la película “El Arriero”. En televisión ha participado en “La Sucursal del Cielo”, “Made in Cartagena”, “El Capo 3″, “La Selección” y “En la Boca del Lobo”. Se destaca su participación en la popular serie de Netflix, “Narcos” y «Narcos México» junto a Diego Luna. Los últimos años los ha dedicado a brindar talleres de actuación basados en el movimiento, la respiración y la concentración, en su corporación Diokaju. Es el director de actores y casting del largometraje «La Matriarca».
