RÈGLEMENT

Le film doit être (co)réalisé ou (co)produit par une ou des femmes ;
Si le film est réalisé par un homme, l’histoire doit tourner autour de la femme;
Le film peut concourir au prix des meilleures techniciennes si les postes ont été occupés par une femme.

A. CRITERES DE SELECTION

1) Synopsis et fiche technique du film, la photo et biographie du/de la réalisateur/trice, ainsi que 3 photos du tournage pour le catalogue, en cas de sélection;
2) Le film doit être fait par une ou des femmes ou sur le sujet ayant trait sur la femme;
3) Le format accepté est : long, moyen ou court-métrage;
4) Les genres : Fiction, documentaire, ou film d’animation sont acceptés ;
5) Seul le film produit entre 2019 et 2022 sera accepté;
6) Si le film n’est pas en français, il doit être sous-titré en français.


B. DATE D’OUVERTURE ET DE FERMETURE D’INSCRIPTIONS

Ouverture : le 25 février 2022 à minuit.
Fermeture : Le 25 mai 2022 à Minuit (Heure de Kinshasa).

Les liens de visionnages de films protégés par un mot de passe doivent être envoyés sur l’adresse festivalducinemafeminin@gmail.com
Site accepté : (vimeo, youtube, wetransfer etc.)

Après l’annonce officielle de la sélection, la production ou les Ayant-droits du film n’auront qu’un mois pour l’envoi, cette-fois d’un fichier en haute qualité via l’internet (wetransfert, dropbox, etc.), ou sur un disque dur/clé USB.

N.B : l’envoi du support est à la charge de la production du film.


C. COMPETITION & HORS COMPETITION

L’équipe de sélection se réserve le droit de décider si le film sera en compétition ou pas.

RULES AND TERMS

The film must be directed or (co)directed or (co)produced by one or more women;
If the film is directed by a man, the story must revolve around the woman;
The film can compete for the prize for the best technicians if the positions have been occupied by a woman.

3) The accepted format is: long, medium or short film;
4) Genres: Fiction, documentary, or animated film are accepted;
5) Only the film produced between 2019 and 2022 will be accepted;
6) If the film is not in French, it must be subtitled in French.


B. OPENING AND CLOSING DATE OF REGISTRATIONS

Opening: February 25, 2022 at midnight.
Closing: May 25, 2022 at midnight (Kinshasa time).

Viewing links for films protected by a password must be sent to the address festivalducinemafeminin@gmail.com
Site accepted: (vimeo, youtube, wetransfer etc.)

After the official announcement of the selection, the production or the Rights Holders of the film will only have one month to send, this time a high quality file via the internet (wetransfer, dropbox, etc.) .), or on a hard disk/USB key.

N.B: the sending of the support is the responsibility of the production of the film.


C. COMPETITION & OUT OF COMPETITION

The selection team reserves the right to decide whether the film will be in competition or not.
