Rules & Terms

Submission Guidelines :
Films must integrate AI technology in some aspect of their production.
Deadline for submissions is 12 April 2025.

Participant Criteria :
Open to all filmmakers, including students and professionals keeping it up to 25 minutes max.
Valid student ID required for student category.

Event Conduct :
Professional behavior expected from all attendees.
Networking and collaboration are highly encouraged.

Judging and Awards :
Films will be judged by a panel of industry experts.
Awards for Best Film, Best Director, Audience Choice, and AI Choice.

Ticketing and Access :
Early bird tickets available until 10 April 2025.
VIP tickets include reserved seating, panel access, gala dinner and networking events.
