**** MEXICAN AND INTERNATIONAL FILMMAKERS ****

+ Registration is open from the publication of this call and until September 18, 2021 at 23:59 pm

+ The Official Selection will be chosen by members of "Retransmisión" and the Children's Film Tour. Your ruling will be final.

+ The content of the short film should be addressed to children 3 to 14 years old, those who reflect and promote respect for the rights of children, family and their values will be recognized.

+ The participation of material that violates or aggregates children or has any type of graphic content is strictly prohibited.

+ The maximum duration of the short film will be 30 minutes, and any rule will be disqualified immediately.

+ You can participate with a maximum of 3 short films, covering the respective registration fee for each participation.

+ Speakers can participate in any language, duly subtitled in Spanish or English. Take into account that, if selected, embedded subtitles will be requested, in .srt file and / or list of dialogues in Spanish or English.

+ In the event that the short film does not have Spanish subtitles (.srt), "Retransmisión" offers a subtitling service for USD 30.

+ Advertising marketing work, political campaigns or fostering hate speech will not be accepted.

+ The inscribed short film must allow the download of the video or a link to the cloud, for its correct evaluation (indicating if it is a special material for judges or it can be used for its exhibition in case of being selected).

+ The publication of selected ones will be made on October 18 , 2021 in the social networks and web page of the Children's Film Tour and "Retransmisión". And each participant will be notified via email.

+ If selected, a digital copy of the short film must be sent in high definition, in formats (mp4), as well as subtitles if necessary.

+ After the official exhibition season, the respective awards and rewards will be sent to the filmmakers (See Awards & Prizes).

+ The selected material will be part of the collection of the Children's Film Tour Exhibition, with special functions for one year, with prior notification to the filmmakers and frames and fragments of the material will be used in order to disseminate the filmmakers, as well as to the Sample and its future calls, always protecting the integrity and credits of the author.

+ The Children's Film Tour does not undertake to cover any expenses for travel expenses, lodging and / or transportation. Beyond the advice and letters of invitation to any interested filmmaker.

+ The private data and material of the participants are protected by the Children's Film Tour and cannot be used for actions outside the agreed ones.

+ By participating you are accepting these terms and conditions.

*** Terms and rules added for CHILDREN ***

+ The father, mother or guardian of the small great filmmaker must register you through this platform or the website, at no cost.

+ The data provided must be mostly from the parent or guardian, presenting the data of the small filmmaker in the file as director of the short film.

+ Participation ages will be at least 3 years old and 17 years maximum.

+ The duration of the short film should be a maximum of 10 minutes.

+ The situation derived from the current global pandemic of SARS-coV-2 (COVID 19) requires us to be responsible with the audience and the work team, so that exhibitions can move to a digital or hybrid plane with respect to the health situation on the date of the event. All participants will be notified in advance.

**** CINEASTAS MEXICANOS E INTERNACIONALES ****

+ La inscripción queda abierta desde la publicación de esta convocatoria y hasta el día 18 de septiembre 2021 a las 23:59 pm

+ La Selección Oficial será elegida por miembros de "Retransmisión" y el Tour de Cine para Niños. Su fallo será inapelable.

+ El contenido del cortometraje deberá dirigirse al público infantil de 3 a 14 años, se reconocerá aquellos que reflexionen y fomenten el respeto a los derechos de los niños, familia y sus valores.

+ Queda estrictamente prohibido la participación de material que violente o que agreda a los niños o cuente con cualquier tipo de contenido gráfico.

+ La duración máxima del cortometraje será de 30 minutos, quedando inmediatamente descalificada cualquiera descabeza esta regla.

+ Se podrá participar con un máximo de 3 cortometrajes, cubriendo la cuota de inscripción respectiva por cada participación.

+ Pueden participar trabajos hablados en cualquier idioma, debidamente subtitulados al español o al inglés. Tener en cuenta que, en caso de ser seleccionados, se solicitarán subtítulos incrustados, en archivo .srt y/o lista de diálogos en español o inglés.

+ En el caso de que el cortometraje no tenga subtítulos en español (.srt), "Retransmisión" ofrece un servicio de subtitulación por 30 USD.

+ No se aceptarán trabajos de marketing publicitario, campañas políticas ni que fomenten discursos de odio.

+ El cortometraje inscrito deberá permitir la descarga del video o un enlace a la nube, para su correcta evaluación (indicando si es un corte especial para jueces o el mismo puede ser usado para su exhibición en caso de ser seleccionado).

+ La publicación de seleccionados se hará el 18 de octubre de 2021 en las redes sociales y página web de el Tour de Cine para Niños y "Retransmisión". Y se notificará vía correo electrónico a cada participante.

+ En caso de ser seleccionados, deberá hacerse llegar una copia digital del cortometraje en alta definición, en formatos (mp4), así como subtítulos en caso de ser necesarios.

+ Finalizada la temporada oficial de exhibición serán enviados los respectivos reconocimientos y recompensas a los realizadores (Ver Awards & Prizes).

+ El material seleccionado formará parte del acervo del Tour de Cine para Niños, con funciones especiales durante un año, con previa notificación a los realizadores y se utilizarán fotogramas y fragmentos del material con el fin de dar difusión a los cineastas, así como a la Muestra y sus futuras convocatorias, siempre protegiendo la integridad y créditos del autor.

+ El Tour de Cine para Niños, no se compromete a cubrir ningún gasto de viáticos, hospedaje y/o transporte. Más allá del asesoramiento y cartas de invitación a cualquier realizador interesado.

+ Los datos privados y material de los participantes están protegido por el Tour de Cine para Niños y no podrá ser usado para acciones fuera de las acordadas.

+ Al participar se están aceptando estos términos y condiciones.

*** Términos y reglas añadidas para NIÑOS ***

+ El padre, madre o tutor del pequeño gran cineasta deberá inscribirle por medio de esta plataforma o la página web, SIN NINGÚN COSTO.

+ Los datos proporcionados deberán ser en su mayoría del padre madre o tutor, presentando los datos del pequeño cineasta en la ficha como director del cortometraje.

+ Las edades de participación serán de 3 años cumplidos como mínimo y 17 años como máximo.

+ La duración del cortometraje deberá ser de máximo 10 minutos.

+ La situación derivada de la actual pandemia mundial del SARS-coV-2 (COVID 19) nos exige ser responsables con la salud de la audiencia y el equipo de trabajo, por lo que las exhibiciones pueden pasar a un plano digital o híbrido con respecto a la situación sanitaria en la fecha del evento. Todos los participantes serán notificados con anterioridad.
