Chhavi International Film Festival aims to identify the Emerging Film Talent. The mission of the Chhavi International Film Festival (CIFF) is to showcase amazing films by young filmmakers. The festival will comprise screening of Short Films, Documentary Films and Feature Films by Independent filmmakers. CIFF aim to fill a crucial gap in the existing market for competitive festivals featuring Independent works.

We hope to become a showcase for new talent as well as a vital instrument in the global development of film in the long term. In order to take off, young talent needs structure and guidance a mission that CIFF intends to spearhead.

The idea for CIFF grew out of a need to nurture young filmmakers by enabling them to practice their craft within a public and professional domain .Chhavi invites films from Independent filmmakers who are enthusiastic and want to grow in the field of film making industry.

A) Short Film
B) Documentary Films
C) Feature Film
D) Music Video
E) Animation

• Selected films will be judged at the venue .
• Films will be judged by the jury.
• Films should be submitted online along with the form.
• All the films must have English subtitles along with them irrespective of their languages.
• Applicant may submit any number of films.
• All the decisions made by the judges regarding the winning entries shall be binding each contestant.
• International participant have to make payment through FilmFreeway.
• Entry forms, DVD, Synopsis, Posters, Publicity stills and other material should reach the office on or before mentioned dates.
• If the winner is not able to come he/she has to bear courier charges of the trophy.
• The festival will not interact with anyone except the submitter and /or the producer of the film .
