César García Garzón is a Colombian documentary filmmaker with more than ten years of experience working in media, audiovisual collectives, and social organizations. He studied Documentary Film at the International Film and Television School of San Antonio de los Baños (EICTV) in Cuba.

His first two short films were selected at several national and international festivals, including Huelva, Escales Documentaires, Montevideo Film Festival, MIDBO, Bogoshorts, and Cine a la Calle. Fragments of Another Story is his first feature-length documentary as a co-director.
