Carla was born and raised in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada (first generation Canadian), and a proud daughter of Salvadorian parents. Growing up she was a curious kid which only grew over the years, and found comfort in expressing herself through art, creating videos, using photoshop and being behind the camera. Every skill she has learned has been self taught, either from trial and error or youtube tutorials.

Being able to travel and experience cultures outside of her home city Winnipeg has really inspired her to push for bigger creative ideas, which is what led her to pursue her passion for storytelling and videography.
